IF YOU WANT TO GO QUICKLY, GO ALONE. IF YOU WANT TO GO FAR, GO TOGETHER.

STS is a support staff to teams and their coaching staff.

STS's teachers can come to a team's ice and "take over," training players on a full sheet, or we can split a team's ice and do what we do on one end, while team coaches work on the opposite end. Or teams can bring their skaters to us.
